作为第22届上海国际电影节系列活动之一，由美国电影协会（MPA）和上海交通大学（SJTU）联合主办，Winston Baker协办的“第六届全球电影产业链发展论坛”将于6月15日在上海交大徐汇校区举行。

We are pleased to invite you to join film industry experts from around the world at the 6th Global Film Industry Value Chain Development Forum, an official program of the Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF), presented by the Motion Picture Association (MPA), Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) and Winston Baker on June 15, 2019.

全球电影产业链发展论坛”已成功举办了五年，从电影产业链角度出发关注中外电影产业的年度热门话题，今年论坛将邀请来自政府及行业组织负责人、国际影视娱乐公司高管、著名编导、制片人及专业人士，围绕如何加快实现中国电影工业化这一年度主题，聚焦电影制作的流程管理和影视拍摄基地／电影制片厂的标准化服务，以及与之配套的专业工种和人才体系建立，助力提升中国影视产业中心城市和产业链核心区域的营商环境。

Join MPA/A studio executives, award-winning directors, producers, screenwriters, government leaders, and seasoned advisors for a deep-dive into this year’s theme: “How to Improve China’s Film Industrialization.” Among the issues up for discussion include: greater process management and physical production standardization on locations and film studios, cultivating industry professional standards and a strong talent base, and improving the business environment within China’s film and TV industry centers.

为了配合上海市委、市政府提出的打造全球影视创制中心这一目标，将国际顶尖高校影视教育的先进经验与立足讲好中国故事的本土电影创制实践相融合，上海交大-南加州大学文化创意产业学院（ICCI）联合MPA等国际专业机构，在“全球电影产业链发展论坛”基础上推出了国际影视人才训练营计划，利用海内外优秀的教育资源为上海乃至全国影视公司的发展提供人才培训支持。本届论坛除了继续推进创投和项目孵化，我们还将探讨欧美国家的职业教育和影视产业融合发展的经验，以期实现高端创意与制作上下游各专业工种的对接，行成一个由电影产业体系和职业教育体系协调发展的完整闭环。

International filmmaker training programs utilize educational resources at home and abroad to help build a strong talent base. In addition to offering continued support for incubation projects, this year’s forum will take a close look at the role of education within the film and TV industry’s growth. We will support the government’s goal to turn Shanghai into an international creative center with opportunities to enhance Chinese storytelling with film education at world-leading universities. It is our hope to further connect creativity upstream to industry occupations downstream, completing an ecosystem under which film production and vocational education complement each other.
